With paying extra fee - we were able to do early check in. Since next day was early departure and we will miss our pride breakfast - they let us use the included breakfast upon arrival. That was very nice. I like the transportation is on time. However what We DID NOT LIKE was that we had no idea we were suppose to text WhatsApp message for pick up request. NOT a call. So we waited for a while to get a transportation to the hotel. Wish that communication was made it clear to none-spanish speaker guest.

The location - well out of the city so was green and quiet. The staff were all excellent, from the reception through to the bar and the restaurant Trattoria was really good. Great ambience and the restaurant manager spoke excellent English and recommended a fabulous dish (Oslo buco). We had Avery early check in at the airport so a taxi was arranged to call for us at 3.30am and was right on time. Would stay here again.

We arrived after an all night flight and they provided breakfast immediately upon arrival, as we would miss breakfast the following morning due to an early departure. Very clean and comfortable. The airport shuttle was very appreciated, so we didn't have to arrange a taxi at 3am the next morning!
